With the help of a professional appraiser the risk of proper evaluation of personal
property is lessened. If you are insuring your property, selling it or dividing
property in estate dispersal, you need to know what items are worth. Bankers,
financiers, investors, insurers, adjusters, estate managers, trustees, executors,
attorneys, judges, federal and state tax agencies - are ALL dependent upon the knowledge
and expertise of appraisers to properly represent their clients. Don't find out too
late that you have an inaccurate or misleading appraisal by using uneducated appraisers.
Millions of dollars are wasted each year by consumers, paying for faulty,
misleading and inaccurate appraisal work. Don't waste your money-Hire a
professionally trained appraiser.
